CORE DELIVERABLES:

 

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:

•      Lead, mentor, and develop the operations, traffic, QA & DTP teams.

•      Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

•      Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

STRATEGICPLANNING:

•      Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies.

•      Align operational goals with the agency’s overall business objectives.

•      Identify and mitigate operational risks.

TECHNOLOGYINTEGRATION:

•      Evaluate and embed new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

•      Ensure seamless integration of technology within existing processes.

•      Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

PROJECTMANAGEMENT:

•      Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational projects on time and within budget.

•      Implement project management tools and methodologies.

•      Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

RESOURCEMANAGEMENT:

•      Oversee allocation and utilization of resources (human, financial, and technological)to ensure on time and in full delivery.

•      Ensure optimal staffing levels to ensure efficient delivery.

PROCESSOPTIMIZATION:

•      Analyse current workflows and identify areas for improvement.

•      Implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

•      Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

QUALITYASSURANCE:

•      Establish quality control standards and ensure compliance.

•      Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.

•      Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

REPORTINGAND ANALYTICS:

•      Generate regular reports on operational performance.

•      Use data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements.

INTEGRATION:

•      Integrating the various disciplines across the different group companies to ensure a fully integrated solution to the client.

4MUST-HAVES:

 

1.      A proven and successful track record of a minimum of 7 years in astrategic operational role, working with large interdependent teams.

2.     A proven track record of implementing best practice Workflow Tools& Technologies

3.     A proven ability to understand financial metrics to ensure growthof profitable  Business Units and theoverall Company.

4.     An extremely high EQ & low ego to work with & across bothCape Town and Johannesburg campuses in a highly collaborative way.
