1.      A proven and successful track record of a minimum of 10 years, for leading client business and growing talent successfully in advertising

2.     A proven ability to understand financial metrics to ensure growth of a profitable business unit and company

3.     A personal portfolio that demonstrates iconic, integrated campaigns that have resulted in exponential business results

4.     An extremely high EQ & low ego to work with & across both Cape Town and Johannesburg campuses in a highly collaborative way
